Membership Application

Please complete the form below to become a member of the NDCCA. Follow the instructions carefully to submit your payment along with a copy of the receipt you will recieve in your email.

When entering your total number of years coaching please be sure that number is through March 1, 2011. Please be exact as the Coaches Years of Service Award is determined by this number.

Note that this form and payment is to become a member of the NDCCA and is not the same as your Certified Coaches application. These dues are necessary for a coach to be eligible to participate in competitions a dreceive training from the NDCCA; it does not allow you to stunt.

Please make sure you also send in your Certified Coaches application and payment to be able to stunt. (See our forms page for all applications and registration forms.)
