North Dakota Cheer Coach Certification Form

I certify all the above information is true and correct.*

I will abide by rules and regulations set forth by the North Dakota Cheer Coaches Association and the National Federation Spirit Rules.*

I understand the definition of a Certified Cheer Coach in North Dakota is as follows: When designated as a cheer coach, that coach must be the bona-fide coach of said cheer team. The coach must attend and run all team practices and assume full responsibility for that particular cheer team. They must be listed by their school as that specific team’s coach.

I understand that each squad’s coach much be certified to stunt.*

I understand I will not be considered a Certified Cheer Coach in North Dakota until all documents have been received, and my name appears on the NDHSAA website.
