North Dakota Cheer Coach Certification Form

I certify all the above information is true and correct.*

I will abide by rules and regulations set forth by the North Dakota Cheer Coaches Association and the National Federation Spirit Rules.*

I understand the definition of a Certified Cheer Coach in North Dakota is as follows: When designated as a cheer coach, that coach must be the bona-fide coach of said cheer team. The coach must attend and run all team practices and assume full responsibility for that particular cheer team. They must be listed by their school as that specific team’s coach.

I understand that each squad’s coach much be certified to stunt.*

5 Year Rule: Every 5 Years a coach must take an additional education course. Please submit your 5 year rule proof below. (You may use the Coaches Convention as an education requirement. Please request certificate.)

I understand I will not be considered a Certified Cheer Coach in North Dakota until the fee is fully paid.

I understand there is a late fee of $35 will be assessed if my form is received after 9/1/2024 for Fall season or 12/1/2024 for winter season.
