NDCCA Coach of the Year is intended to recognize coaching excellence, not popularity. Nominations should focus on measurable accomplishments, athlete development, leadership, sportsmanship, program impact, and service to cheerleading. Please provide specific examples whenever possible. General statements of support without supporting examples may not receive full consideration.
