Coach of the Year
The NDCCA Coach of the Year Award recognizes a coach who has made a significant impact on cheerleading, their school, and the lives of the athletes they have coached. Recipients exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and moral character.
About the Award
This award is intended to recognize coaching excellence—not popularity. Nominations should focus on measurable accomplishments, athlete development, leadership, sportsmanship, program impact, and service to cheerleading. Specific examples should be provided whenever possible. General statements of support without supporting examples may not receive full consideration.
