Elite Senior Award
The NDCCA Elite Senior Award recognizes senior Varsity cheerleaders who stand out through their hard work, enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to their team and the sport of cheerleading. These are athletes their coaches can rely on and who consistently make a positive impact on their cheer program.
Qualities of an Elite Senior Award Nominee
An Elite Senior Award nominee should demonstrate the following qualities:

Enthusiastic and positive

Supportive of their coach and teammates

A strong leader

A positive role model for others

Accountable and responsible

Dedicated to their team and the sport of cheerleading
Cheerleading ability is not a deciding factor for this award. The Elite Senior Award recognizes seniors who demonstrate genuine dedication to cheerleading and make a positive impact on their team, coach, and those around them.
Eligibility & Guidelines

Four senior Varsity cheerleaders whose coach is a current NDCCA certified member are eligible to receive the award.

Each coach may nominate a maximum of four senior cheerleaders.

Elite Senior Award recipients will be recognized at the NDCCA State Competition.
Application
Coaches may nominate eligible seniors by completing the Elite Senior Award recommendation Form.

Applications are due by Sunday, January 3, 2027.
