Legacy of Excellence
The NDCCA Legacy of Excellence Award recognizes an individual who has made a lasting impact on North Dakota cheerleading through leadership, mentorship, service, sportsmanship, and dedication to the growth of the sport.
About the Award
This award honors individuals whose contributions extend beyond their own team or program and whose influence has helped shape and strengthen cheerleading in North Dakota.
This is not a popularity award. Nominations should focus on the nominee's leadership, impact, service, mentorship, and lasting contributions to cheerleading. Specific examples should be provided whenever possible.

Eligibility & Guidelines

Eligible nominees may include current NDCCA members, current or former NDCCA Board members, and past cheer coaches.

Nominations are submitted by NDCCA member coaches.

Nominations are due December 1 of each year.

If no nominations are received by December 1, the NDCCA Board will nominate three individuals for consideration.

The nominees will be presented to the NDCCA membership and voted on by January 1.
