NDCCA Competition
Stunt Group
The Stunt Group division is designed to showcase a small group of cheerleaders’ ability to perform stunts with proper technique, execution, synchronization, and safety.
Stunt Group Division Rules

A maximum of 5 cheerleaders may participate in a stunt group.

Each school may have a maximum of 2 Varsity stunt groups and 2 JV stunt groups.

If the school is not participating in a team portion of the competition, each person in the stunt group will be charged a $25 registration fee.

A cheerleader may participate in only one stunt group.

Each routine has a maximum time limit of 1 minute.

Timing will begin with either the first skill performed or when the music starts.

Coordinated outfits may be worn; however, they must be tasteful and comply with all applicable NFHS rules.

Any illegal stunt or Spirit Rules violation will result in a deduction. See the Penalties & Deductions section for applicable deductions.

Jumps, tumbling, and other skills that do not receive points on the Stunt Group score sheet should not be incorporated into the routine solely for scoring purposes.
