Eastern Regionals Registration

FEE SCHEDULE

I understand the NDCCA fee schedule: $15 per athlete for team events, $25 per athlete for individual events, and $50 per stunt group.*

INVOICE

I understand that an invoice will be sent to the email address provided on this registration.*

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

I understand that registrations received after 5:00 PM CST on November 7, 2026, will NOT be accepted.*

$100 LATE FEE

I understand that payment or a purchase order must be received by November 28, 2026. If payment or a purchase order is not received by this deadline, a $100 late fee will be added to my balance.*

ADDITIONAL LATE PAYMENT FEE

I understand that if payment is not received within one week after the competition, an additional 3% late fee will be added for each week the balance remains unpaid.*

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

By selecting this box, I agree to pay all fees associated with the Eastern Regional Competition in full. I understand and accept responsibility for any additional fees that may be applied due to late payment.*

MEDICAL WAIVERS

I will ensure that every participating athlete and their parent/guardian completes the required Smart Waiver Medical Form.*

MEDICAL WAIVER DEADLINE

I understand that ALL Smart Waiver Medical Forms must be submitted by November 28, 2026. I further understand that if the required waivers are not received by the deadline, my team may be removed from competition and registration fees will not be refunded.*

I understand that if I select “Check” as my payment method, my school must pay by check and will not be able to pay the invoice by credit card.*
